Each of the tools found below can be downloaded directly from this ebook. Make certain you are connected to the internet before you begin the downloading process. Also it's important to have an unzipping utility like WinZip so that once finished you can open and begin using them. They all have a short description so you can understand what tool does what and only download what you want or need. bBlog - PHP script that is used to run your blog directly from your own site space. This script falls under the GNU License and comes with everything you need to get started with it including links to help.

BlogBuddy v0.5 - Simple desktop application that lets you easily post new entries to your Blogger blog without actually going to the Blogger website. It is for use with Windows OS only at this time. You can get more details by visiting: http://blogbuddy.sourceforge.net/

Blog CGI 1.1 - Nice little blog script for those who don't or can't use PHP. Comes with instructions included inside the script itself so you can follow along. It is free to distribute but comes with absolutely NO warranty, guarantee, or support either from it's creator/author or E-Book Emporium.

BLOG v1.51 Beta - A PHP Open Source Diary/Journal/Blog Script that can be used in addition to the blogging solution you are initially using and comes with instructions and links to more help with it.

bMachine v2.7 - Boast Machine is a very simple blog creation PHP script you can use to create a blog straight from your website. It includes all installation and special instructions to use it and is quite versatile with many different features. Considered Freeware.

Blog Mod v0.2.0 - PHP blogging script you can use to begin your own blog from your website. Complete with installation guide and all files, plus a link to the main site of author. Falls under the GNU License and can be distributed freely.

CJ Tag Board v3.0 - Add a tag board to your blog with this easy to use and configure PHP script. Comes with installation instructions and everything you need and is considered Freeware.

Coffee Cup Blog Machine 2.0 - Blog Machine allows you to create, edit and publish your blog entries to the server where your webBlog is located. Blog Machine works with all major weBlog services that support the Blogger xml-rpc engine.

Diary2002 CGI - This is a very, very simple CGI script and only has 1 file and can be used to keep your own online journal or diary from your website. Comes with install instructions and is Freeware.

New Life Blogger v2.5.1 - PHP blogging script that comes with pre made templates, install instructions, and all necessary files to begin running your blog directly from your own website. Falls under the GNU License and can be distributed freely.

PsychoBlogger Beta v1 - PHP blogging script complete with default templates for use with it, installation guide, all files necessary to set up and run your blog from your own website. Falls under the GNU License and can be redistributed freely.

Tag It! Tag Board v1.4.2 - Nice PHP tag board script that allows you to filter out profanity! Comes with installation instructions and all necessary info and files. It is Freeware.

wBloggar v3.0.3 - Simple application that sits on your desktop and helps you easily post new entries to your blog giving you several different solution options such as Blogger and others to choose from. It even comes in 10 other languages besides english, though english is the version available for download within Blog In A Box. wBloggar is Freeware and can be distributed freely without change.

Ublog Microsoft Access Version - PHP script you can use to run your blog from your own website space using MS Access. Falls under the GNU License and comes with all documentation.

Ublog MySQL version - Same as above but a version for use with MySQL.

Zomplog v2.2 - Simple PHP script that maintains a small learning curve by keeping everything plain without lots of extras for those wanting a simple and easy to use blogging script.

Banned by Google Adsense

 

<div id="body"><p>So you’ve had your Google Adsense account banned?
 We in that case you’ll fall into one of the following 3 categories:</p><p>(1) Your site has suffered from a sudden spike in traffic and Google has deemed it as fraudulent activity</p><p>(2) Someone, known or unknown to you, has been causing fraudulent clicks on your website. Google has noticed this and blocked your account</p><p>(3) Finally, and lets be honest here, you’ve have been clicking on your own ads. It’s a temptation,  I know, but you really should have been more careful.</p><p>The first indication you’ll get that something is wrong will be when you try and login to your Adsense account and you can’t, or when you get the following email known as a Google Adsense Account Suspension Notification</p><p>“It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on the Google ads on your site(s). We have therefore disabled your Google Adsense account.”</p><p>If you fall into either category 2 or 3, then I’m afraid it could be bad news.</p><p>Category 1 & 2</p><p>If you have genuinely been hit by a malicious attack and your account has been suspended then you could have a case for appeal with Google.</p><p>How to appeal to Google</p><p>Now this can be a tricky one but bear with me. In order to have the best chance of getting your Adsense account reinstated you will need to email
 adsense-adclicks@google.com</p><p>In your email make sure you contain the following information:<br></p><p>• Your name<br>
 • Your company's name (if applicable)<br>
 • Your publisher ID number (located in the AdSense code on your website with the format: ‘pub-################’)<br>
 • Your website's URL<br>
 • Date your account was disabled<br>
 • Your website's audience<br>
 • The source of your website's content<br>
 • Frequency of content updates<br>
 • The primary sources of your website's traffic<br>
 • The number of people involved with the administration of the site<br>
 • Any relevant information that you believe would explain the invalid click activity we detected.<br></p><p>Remember to include as much detail as possible and ensure you mention that you’ve now taken steps to prevent this type of attack from occurring again. For example, if you believe that a particular person, or a certain IP address has targeted you, ban this address from your site.</p><p>Plead your case stating where and when you think these fraudulent clicks came from. Include logs of site traffic to show trends and also mention if there is any particular reason as to why your site may have suddenly rocketed up in hits when you usually have a steady daily click through.</p><p>Some reasons for sites suddenly having a huge number of hits maybe down to being included in a link from another site; being mentioned on TV / Radio, or running a successful ad campaign.  You will be able to strengthen your case with evidence if you include facts and figures from the campaign to prove the increase in traffic to your site.</p><p>As with any appeal, there is no guarantee that you will have your account reinstated or be allowed to set up a new one.</p><p>Category 3</p><p>If you have been clicking on your own ads and been caught, it is highly likely that you will never be able to reinstate your current Google AdSense account or open a new one. Just accept that fact now and move on. Seriously, that’s it, give it up, it’s over! I’ve never EVER met or heard from someone that has had their account reinstated after being found guilty of fraudulent clicks on their own site.</p><p>If you have had no luck in your appeal or you fall into category 3 the only way you would be able to get Google Adsense back is to reapply for a new account.</p><p>You will have to register for a completely new site with a new name and new banking details. Plus, you will not be able to use the same machine / Internet IP connection with which you accessed your original account. Google will know and your new account will also be banned. If you do manage to go ahead and get a family member, friend, dog to sign up for you, Google will ban you the second they suspect that your pulling a fast one. Don’t forget, clicking on your own ads or getting others to do it, is illegal.</p><p>That’s really all you can do. Klik Pengaturan
Klik Format
Pada layar paling bawah, ada text area kosong disamping tulisan Template Posting, isi tesxt area kosong tersebut dengan kode di bawah ini :

Klik tombol Simpan Pengaturan
Pemasangan kode ini di maksudkan agar pada saat posting artikel, kode tersebut langsung muncul tanpa harus menuliskan terlebih dahulu, jadi membantu kita agar tidak harus selalu mengingat kode tersebut.

Klik menu Layout
Klik menu Edit HTML
Klik tulisan Download Template Selengkapnya.
Silahkan save dulu template tersebut, ini di maksudkan untuk mengurangi resiko apabila terjadi kesalahan ketika melakukan editting pada template, kita masih punya back up data untuk mengembalikannya seperti semula
Beri tanda centang pada kotak di samping tulisan Expand Template Widget.
Tunggu beberapa saat ketika proses sedang berlangsung
